Pursuant to SA Public Health (Wastewater) Regulations 2013

To lodge a mandatory notification for wastewater works, please complete the following form. Alternatively, please contact Council on 8832 0000.

Notice must be provided at least ONE (1) Full Business day prior to work commencing to provide Council with the opportunity to undertake an inspection of the site. (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays)

Failure to give Notification may incur a penalty.

If an officer doesn't attend for inspection please send through photos of the works. Should any minor changes to the approved plan been made during installation then an "as installed" plan must be provided to Council. Significant changes may be subjected to a wastewater variation approval.
